Meet Robbie.

Hi, I’m Robbie! 

I began my career in education recruitment in 2018, starting as a resourcer and gradually working my way up to managing recruitment for the SEN departments of schools and colleges across London. Over the years, I've had the privilege of placing outstanding individuals into various education settings, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed academically. 

I thrive on the variety that recruitment offers on a daily basis. It’s a dynamic field that never gets dull and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's careers is fulfilling. I enjoy creating long-term relationships with both candidates and clients and understanding their unique needs. This allows me to offer tailored solutions that benefit everyone involved. 

At Spencer Clarke Group, I’m responsible for sourcing and placing school staff in both mainstream and SEN schools across the South of England. My goal is to replicate the company’s successes up North by establishing a strong, reliable presence in the South, particularly in London, Essex and Kent. 

I aim to position Spencer Clarke Group as the go-to recruitment partner for schools and colleges in these areas, known for our commitment to quality and excellence in service delivery. 

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym and the spa and spending quality time with friends. I’m also a big fan of boxing and Arsenal so I make sure to watch all of the matches.
