We predominantly work with Local Authority SEND services in the UK, covering the whole spectrum of a SEND service.

Once you’re registered and onboarded with Spencer Clarke Group, you will have full access to all SEND vacancies which are sent out on a weekly basis.

The application process for these roles is fairly straightforward, usually consisting of a 1 or 2 stage interview process.

Absolutely not, you will always have full control of where your CV is sent. We will present opportunities to you and you can advise if you would like your CV to be forwarded on.

We pride ourselves on working very quickly; on average it takes us between 1 - 3 days to place a candidate.

There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to contract lengths but you can typically expect a contract to last between 6-12 months. However, contracts can last for years depending on the needs of the Local Authority SEND service which you are working for.

Entering the interim market can be daunting at first, particularly if you’re not sure what to expect. However, contracts are regularly extended and as we work with hundreds of Local Authorities, there are always plenty more job opportunities just around the corner.

Simply contact us on 01772 954200 and we can put any concerns you have at ease.

It totally depends on the Local Authority but the majority of positions which we offer are remote or hybrid working patterns. The benefit of fully remote positions means you can work from anywhere in the UK. The work pattern type will be listed on the job advert.
