Hi, I’m Chloe!

I’m an Associate Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in education recruitment. It’s my job to match Teachers and Teaching Assistants with suitable roles in SEND schools across Lancashire, a role I take great pride in.

After completing a qualification within Travel, Tourism and Events and carrying out work experience at Spencer Clarke Group, I realised what a great place it was to work.

Having worked within hospitality during my time at college, I knew my customer service skills would stand me in great stead for a role in recruitment. Knowing that I didn’t plan to go to university, I applied for a full time role at Spencer Clarke Group and was over the moon to join the team permanently in July 2024!

A key part of my job is to support candidates at every stage of their job search and ensure they find a school where they can make a positive difference to learning. I’m focused on helping candidates achieve their long-term career goals and being part of a process that can positively impact someone’s career is incredibly rewarding.

In 2025, Spencer Clarke Group was awarded Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards, an achievement we are incredibly proud of.

In my spare time, you’ll catch me in the gym or watching Netflix with my Cocker Spaniels Amber and Diesel.
