Meet Rosie.

Hi, I’m Rosie!

I joined the compliance team at Spencer Clarke Group in October 2022 and after honing my skills, I was promoted to Associate Consultant in 2026. 

I now have the privilege of supporting our local authority SEND team, working closely with services that play a vital role in delivering support to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. 

A key part of my role is helping local authorities strengthen their SEND provision by connecting them with high-quality interim professionals or project teams who can step in at critical times, ensuring continuity, stability, and effective service delivery.

Throughout my time here I’ve been lucky enough to win Employee of the Month a number of times and in 2023 I was crowned Support of the Year at our end of year awards. In 2025 we were also awarded Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards. This is a great reflection on the hard work we put in day in, day out. 

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and my chocolate Labrador Ted. I also enjoy camping in the Lake District with my friends - when the sun is shining that is!
