Hi, I’m Mia!

I began my career taking part in a business administration apprenticeship while also working as a Secretary at an NHS doctors' practice. I later joined Sodexo Circles as a Digital Concierge, where I supported concierge services and contracting. These roles helped me build strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a keen eye for detail, all of which led me to a role in recruitment!

I love working in recruitment as it allows me to help education professionals find their dream roles and support schools in finding teaching staff, who contribute to the growth and development of their students.

At Spencer Clarke Group, I specialise in education recruitment, sourcing Teachers and Teaching Assistants across Lancashire. A key part of my role is to ensure candidates feel supported and informed throughout the whole recruitment process.

I’m always eager to learn, grow and take on new challenges and I believe Spencer Clarke Group is the perfect place to do that.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family and going for a long dog walk!
