Meet Lilly.

Hi, I’m Lilly! 

Before beginning my career at Spencer Clarke Group, I studied for three years at UCLan and gained a BA Hons in Business and Marketing.  

Alongside my studies, I worked in the hospitality industry where I developed valuable interpersonal skills, time management and customer service abilities, all of which now play an important role in my position as a Recruitment Support Officer. 

Working in the recruitment industry has always appealed to me as I love being in an office and connecting with candidates. When the opportunity to join Spencer Clarke Group came around, I knew it was the perfect fit.

As a Recruitment Support Officer, I’m responsible for ensuring all candidates complete the necessary pre-employment checks before starting their new roles. 

At Spencer Clarke Group, I hope to build a successful career and continue developing my skills and knowledge. 

In my spare time I love going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
