Meet Lilly.

Hi, I’m Lilly! 

Before beginning my career at Spencer Clarke Group, I studied for three years at UCLan and gained a BA Hons in Business and Marketing.  

Alongside my studies, I worked in the hospitality industry where I developed valuable interpersonal skills, time management and customer service abilities, all of which now play an important role in my position as a Recruitment Support Officer. 

Working in the recruitment industry has always appealed to me as I love being in an office and connecting with candidates. When the opportunity to join Spencer Clarke Group came around, I knew it was the perfect fit.

As a Recruitment Support Officer, I’m responsible for ensuring all candidates complete the necessary pre-employment checks before starting their new roles. Compliance is a really important part of the recruitment process as we must ensure that everyone we put into work is legally allowed to work within the UK and that important safeguarding measures have been taken care of. 

It’s our attention to detail and smooth processes that led to us being awarded Highly Commended for the Most Effective Compliance Operation at the 2025 Recruiter Awards! 

In my spare time I love going to the gym and spending time with family and friends. We’re lucky to have a lovely team here and I’m grateful to be able to call the people I work with friends too.
