Emma Knight
Senior Consultant
Hi, I’m Emma!
Before joining Spencer Clarke Group as a Senior Consultant, I worked in SEN recruitment for over 12 years, covering everything from EYFS to secondary with residential care.
Now at Spencer Clarke Group, I specialise in education and SEND recruitment, recruiting SEND Teachers, SEMH Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants across the North West.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in customer service, communication, time management and problem solving, all of which enable me to recruit education professionals efficiently.
I take pride in working closely with schools to build long-standing, trusting relationships and I love being able to match the right candidate with the right job opportunity.
Outside of work, I love a good spa day, attending music and comedy gigs and spending quality time with my family, most often out on walks in the Lake District.
