Meet Skye.

Hi, I’m Skye!

I’m an Associate Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in school facilities and SEND recruitment. I work with Teachers and Teaching Assistants to place them into suitable jobs within SEND schools across Lancashire. I also support schools nationwide with their school facilities recruitment needs. 

Before taking the leap into recruitment, I worked as a Teaching Assistant supporting children from reception through to year 6, including those with SEND and SEMH needs. This experience gave me a thorough understanding of the education sector and inspired me to transition into education recruitment. 

I really enjoy getting to know candidates and matching them with roles where they will have a positive impact on the young people they support. I take real pride in building lasting relationships and making sure both candidates and schools feel it’s the right fit. At the end of the day, it’s important that every placement benefits candidates, schools and students. 

My goal at Spencer Clarke Group is to continue developing my knowledge within the education sector and delivering a high quality recruitment service. The company has set high standards and I’m really proud to play my part in meeting these.

When I’m not busy recruiting, I love to travel and spend time outdoors!
