A welcoming primary school in Blackburn is looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants from September.
These roles will likely involve supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Experience in these areas is highly desirable.
The school is focused on finding the right candidates first, and will then assign roles based on your strengths and preferences. Opportunities are available across EYFS to Year 6.
The Role:
- Full-time TA positions
- Supporting pupils with SEN/SEMH
- Flexible year group placement (EYFS-Year 6)
- Temp or potential temp-to-perm

- Experience with SEN and/or SEMH
- Patient, adaptable, and proactive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about supporting children's development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
