The Role

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons within your subject specialism or across general cover.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
• Follow school policies and maintain effective classroom management.
• Assess and monitor student progress where required in long-term positions.
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and school leaders.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible, professional and reliable approach.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
