Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Officer for a local authority in Berkshire.
In this role, you will deliver a high-quality housing management service, managing tenancies, supporting residents, improving neighbourhoods, and resolving housing-related issues to create safe communities.
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of tenancies, including sign-ups, audits, visits, and tenancy enforcement.
- Conduct estate inspections and address housing, maintenance, and neighbourhood issues.
- Investigate and resolve ASB cases, tenancy breaches, and resident complaints.
- Work with residents and partners to improve services and support thriving communities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Significant experience in housing management, tenancy services, or estate management.
- Experience managing complex tenancy issues, ASB cases, and enforcement action.
- Experience working with residents, partners, and community organisations.
- Experience managing workloads, inspections, and delivering customer-focused services.
What's on offer:
Salary: £26ph+
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
