Outreach Tutors Required - Barnoldswick (BB18)
We are seeking experienced outreach tutors to support learners who are not attending school in the Barnoldswick (BB18) area. This role involves delivering 1:1, tailored sessions in the community or learner's home to help re-engage students with education and support their progress.
Pay: £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Barnoldswick, BB18
Hours: Flexible, based on learner need
Role expectations:

• Plan and deliver personalised sessions suited to each learner's needs
• Build positive relationships and encourage engagement with learning
• Support academic progress and confidence

Requirements:

• Proven teaching or tutoring experience (essential)
• Experience working with non-attenders or vulnerable learners preferred
• DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)
• Reliable, committed, and able to work independently
