Spencer Clarke Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools in Leyland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin or further their career in education. The role is offered on a temporary basis, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• 
  Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning and development.
• 
  Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil engagement.
• 
  Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• 
  Assist with preparing learning resources and classroom organisation.
• 
  Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
