Spencer Clarke Group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join a supportive school in Leyland.
This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for a passionate educator looking to inspire pupils and make a lasting impact in the classroom. There is also the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role


You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Working alongside a committed team of staff, you'll play an important role in helping pupils succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.

  • Create a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.

  • Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with varying abilities.

  • Maintain effective classroom behaviour management.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals where required.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school.

What We're Looking For


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • ECTs are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

  • A proactive, flexible, and professional approach.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
