The Role

As a Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons, support pupils in their learning journey, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• 
  Assess, track, and support pupil progress.
• 
  Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• 
  Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
• 
  Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• 
  Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies where required.
• 
  Contribute to the wider school community and ethos.

What We're Looking For

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• 
  ECTs are welcome to apply.
• 
  Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• 
  A passion for teaching and supporting pupil development.
• 
  A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach.
• 
  Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• 
  Right to work in the UK.
