£144 per day PAYE - Negotiable
3 month initial contract

We are seeking a SEN Assessment & Review Officer to support our local authority client in Greater London within the SEND Children's service team.
As a SEN Assessment and Review Officer, you will be required to manage complex casework, develop high quality EHC plans and ensure the team meets its statutory duties inline with current SEND legislation.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Education and SEND to keep up with current legislation.
- Proven experience within Local Authorities.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Lead and coordinate assessments and reviews in line with the Children and Families act 2014 and SEND code of Practice 2015.
- Oversee and manage the work of the Case Coordinator
- Assess children and young people to develop high quality EHC Plans and provide positive outcomes
