Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Resident Services Officer for a Local Authority Client in West London.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering high-quality housing services.
Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing high-quality reception, telephone, and digital housing services.
- Coordinate key neighbourhood management processes including tenancies, mutual exchanges, and Right to Buy applications.
- Manage enquiries, correspondence, complaints, and case allocation to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Support compliance, performance monitoring, and administrative functions across Neighbourhood Management teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment.
- Experience handling enquiries, correspondence, and case management across multiple channels.
- Experience supporting administrative processes, scheduling, and meeting deadlines accurately.
- Experience working collaboratively with teams and partners to resolve issues and improve services.
What's on offer:
Salary: £18ph+
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
