My client in the Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Applications & Customer Platforms Operations Manager on a Contract basis.
This is a hands-on operational management role focused on maintaining service stability, ensuring effective team performance, managing workloads and overseeing the delivery of operational activities across business applications, customer platforms and systems support functions.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £440 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Provide day-to-day management of the Business Applications & Customer Platforms team
- Allocate, prioritise and monitor workloads across applications, web platforms and systems analysis activities
- Monitor operational delivery, ensuring incidents, requests, changes and service tasks are completed within agreed timescales and service levels
- Maintain accurate records of service activity, performance and outstanding actions
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience managing IT operational support teams, business applications teams or customer platform services
- Strong people management experience, including attendance management, performance management and workload planning
- Local Authority experience is essential
