My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Housing Needs Research and Data Analyst on a Contract basis.
The postholder will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of housing services, working collaboratively with service managers to deliver insightful, data-driven solutions.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £350 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Develop and enhance the Business Intelligence service within the designated service area
- Work closely with service managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful data insights
- Support the development of an evidence base to inform strategic decision-making
- Promote a collaborative working culture, ensuring BI solutions are accessible, relevant, and add tangible value to frontline services
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of the NEC Housing System
- Proven experience with: Power BI, SSRS and SQL
- Local Authority experience is essential
