Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant on behalf of our client in Hinckley. This role would suit individuals with a background in education, care work, or youth work who are passionate about supporting young people to succeed. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide both in-class and targeted support, helping students to engage with their learning and develop key academic and social skills. Responsibilities will include working with individuals and small groups, supporting behaviour and emotional wellbeing, and adapting activities to meet a range of learning needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a nurturing approach. You will play a key role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, helping students to build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential.
