My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Mosaic Systems Training Specialist on a Contract basis.
This role is responsible for the full training lifecycle, including needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation. The postholder will create and deliver engaging, accessible, and effective training solutions tailored to a diverse audience-from non-technical frontline practitioners to managers requiring more advanced reporting and analytical capabilities.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £450 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps across different roles and user groups
- Design and develop a structured training curriculum for Mosaic
- Produce high-quality learning materials, including user guides, quick reference materials, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that builds user confidence and encourages engagement
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience in a systems training or learning and development role
- Strong hands-on experience with the Mosaic case management system
- Local Authority experience is essential
