Teaching Assistant - SEN

Salary: £24,139 - £25,819 + £1,000 welcome bonus
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (40 hours per week)
We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join a brand-new specialist SEN secondary school supporting pupils aged 11-16 with autism, social communication needs, sensory processing differences, and emotional regulation difficulties.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing school, working in a highly supportive environment with small class sizes and access to a multidisciplinary team.
You will support pupils with learning, wellbeing, and behaviour, helping them to engage in education and achieve their full potential.
Requirements:

• GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4+) essential
• Level 2 TA qualification (or willingness to work towards)
• Experience with children/young people desirable, SEN experience preferred
• Strong communication and behaviour support skills
