Full-Time KS1 SEND Teacher - Bromborough (Wirral)

Spencer Clarke Group are working with a supportive primary school in Bromborough on the Wirral who are seeking a dedicated KS1 SEND Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role involves working with pupils within Key Stage 1 who have additional needs, requiring a teacher who can deliver adapted, inclusive and structured learning. The successful candidate will take on full classroom responsibilities while ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their potential.

The Role:

• Take full responsibility for a KS1 SEND class or group.
• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs.
• Use adaptive teaching strategies to support pupils with SEND.
• Monitor and assess progress, adjusting approaches where needed.
• Create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO and wider staff.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience working within KS1 and/or SEND settings.
• Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and differentiation.
• Confident behaviour management and communication skills.
• Patient, resilient and proactive approach to supporting learners.
