My Local Authority client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented a Strategic Lead for Integrated Commissioning on a Contract basis.
The role will lead on a portfolio of strategic commissioning projects across the integrated commissioning service for the council.
About the role:
Based in Central London (hybrid - circa 2 days on site):
- Act as the owner of the divisions commissioning and procurement pipeline and apply project management approaches to bringing projects in line with their planned timescales.
- Hold and deliver strategic commissioning projects within Integrated Commissioning
- Be responsible for leading recovery of projects which are behind schedule and be expected to work flexibly across teams and service areas
- Hold a portfolio of commissioning projects across the existing commissioning teams which cover children's, education, adults, older people, learning disabilities and mental health
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience with Integrated Commissioning and Project Management.
- Ability to recover projects that are behind schedule.
- Excellent market knowledge and management skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with members, C-suites and service leaders.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £700 per day, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
