Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Liaison Officer for a Local Authority Client in North London.

In this role you will manage tenancy services, support residents, address anti-social behaviour, and help maintain safe, well-managed and sustainable communities.

Duties:

  • Manage tenancies from sign-up to termination, including visits, tenancy checks, and property allocations.
  • Support residents with housing advice, sustainment, and access to relevant services and benefits.
  • Respond to and manage low-level anti-social behaviour, complaints, and tenancy breaches, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain a visible presence on estates, working with partners to ensure safe, clean, and well-managed neighbourhoods.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience in housing management, tenancy services, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, or complex resident issues.
  • Experience working with vulnerable residents and supporting tenancy sustainment.
  • Experience working with partner agencies such as councils, police, or support services.

What's on offer:

Salary: £22+ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 6months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
