Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers in the Rochdale area. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with the flexibility to work across a variety of secondary schools, supporting students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively in the classroom
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive atmosphere
- Support students' learning and engagement
- Work collaboratively with school staff to promote student progress
Requirements
- No formal teaching qualification required - a genuine passion for education is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching styles
- Experience in coaching, tutoring, or youth work is desirable
- Must have the right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted include 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent opportunities in some cases.
