Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Area Tenancy Manager for a Local Authority Client in West London.
In this role you will manage a patch of council housing, focusing on income collection, tenancy management, lettings, and resolving everyday tenancy issues and low-level ASB.
Duties:
- Manage a patch of council housing, including day-to-day tenancy issues and lettings.
- Maximise rent collection and actively manage arrears through early intervention and enforcement.
- Investigate and address low-level anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
- Support safe, well-managed estates through resident engagement, safeguarding referrals, and partnership working.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in housing management, tenancy services, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage rent arrears and support income recovery.
- Experience dealing with tenancy breaches and low-level anti-social behaviour.
- Knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and safeguarding principles.
What's on offer:
Salary: £27+ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 12 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
