My client in Cornwall are looking to appoint a talented Transformation Programme Manager on a Contract basis.
Working as part of a high-profile corporate transformation portfolio, you will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into a structured and deliverable programme that drives service improvement, financial sustainability, and measurable benefits.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £550 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Cornwall (Hybrid):
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale transformation programme from mobilisation through to benefits realisation
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed programme plans, governance structures, milestones and delivery frameworks
- Establish and maintain effective programme governance, including management of risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and financial performance
- Ensure programme benefits are clearly defined, monitored and realised throughout the programme lifecycle
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Strong programme and change management expertise, including governance, risk, financial management and benefits realisation
- Knowledge of transformation methodologies and programme governance frameworks
- Local Authority experience is essential
