  • Assist with the delivery of engaging and differentiated learning activities.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and personal development.
  • Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and external agencies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience working with children, ideally within an SEN or primary school setting.
  • A patient, caring, and resilient approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.

What We Offer

  • A welcoming and supportive staff team.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact on children's lives every day.
  • A rewarding and varied role within a specialist educational setting.

If you are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and are looking for a fulfilling role starting in September, we would love to hear from you.
