We are seeking Teaching Assistants to work within secondary schools across Blackpool and The Fylde Coast.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people's learning and development, including those with additional needs.
The Role:
- Support students in the classroom, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide support to students with SEND where required
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and report on student progress
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
