We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in Blackpool and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to step into the education sector.
The Role:
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set work
- Ensure students remain on task and engaged throughout lessons
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, etc.)
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Confident, adaptable, and proactive approach
- A genuine interest in education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
