My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Strategic Marketing Lead for Fostering on a Contract basis.
This role will plan and coordinate exciting and engaging marketing, promotional and recruitment campaigns and other activities that result in the successful recruitment and retention of foster carers for a Local Authority.
About the role:
Based in Islington (Hybrid):
- Drive a wide range of marketing activities, develop innovative advertising campaigns, and generate ideas that can connect with the right people, and invite them to consider fostering.
- Work within the fostering service to develop a programme of events, promotions and awareness-raising opportunities that will support their on-going recruitment and retention efforts but will have a clear link to the Council’s corporate sufficiency strategy.
About you:
You will also have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in marketing, campaigns, advertising, communications and delivering resourcing strategies.
- Knowledge and/or experience of fostering services is highly desired.
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £380+ per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
