We are working with a partnership with a Local Authority to appoint an experienced Family Hub Coach to join their team in Staffordshire! 

Position: Family Hub Coach
Location: Staffordshire
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential extension)
Pay: £16.70 per hour (negotiable)

About the Role:
As a Family Hub Coach, you'll play a vital role in supporting local residents with their financial wellbeing. You'll utilise online platforms, conduct workshops, an offer digital assistance to empower individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with families to enhance their financial wellbeing and reduce the need for specialised interventions.
• Engage children, young people, and their caregivers to ensure access to necessary support.
• Provide direct assistance to Staffordshire residents, optimising their finances and offering sustainable solutions.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with other community support networks.
• Work persistently and assertively to assess needs and coordinate targeted support.
• Offer referrals to specialist services as needed, advocating for residents.
• Deliver evidence-based group sessions to address financial challenges.
• Undertake additional duties as required for the role.
