Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an experienced Senior Assessment Review Officer to support our local authority client in the South West of England within the SEND Tribunals team.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have experience within Local Authority SEND
- Experience managing complex and high-risk cases
- Strong understanding of up to date SEND Legislation and Tribunal Procedures
Duties include:
- Lead on management and coordination of complex tribunal appeals by preparing case statements and evidence bundles
- Provide advice on SEND legislation and tribunal processes aligning with statutory requirements
- Work closely with families, schools and partner agencies to resolve disputes through mediation
