SEN Teaching Assistants (x3) - Primary School, Blackburn
Start Date: September | Full-Time Positions Available
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Blackburn is seeking three experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September. The school is currently recruiting staff and will assign successful candidates to roles across the primary age range, depending on experience and school need.
These are full-time positions supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential in a supportive classroom environment. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO, providing tailored 1:1 and small group support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with SEN children (essential)
- Experience within primary education settings
- Patient, calm and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant TA/SEN qualifications desirable
