School Administrator - Liverpool
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised School Administrator to join our team, supporting schools across Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making a difference within education settings.
Role Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Location: Liverpool (working across multiple school sites)
  • Pay: £17.50 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to school offices
  • Managing attendance records and pupil data
  • Handling enquiries from staff, parents, and visitors
  • Supporting with admissions and general school processes
  • Maintaining accurate records using school systems (e.g. SIMS/Arbor or similar)
  • Assisting senior leadership teams with day-to-day operations


About You:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Experience working within a school setting is desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to adapt quickly across different school environments
  • A proactive and professional approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
