You will deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of each child, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. Working closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals, you will play a key role in creating positive outcomes for pupils with diverse needs.
To be considered, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a primary setting. A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach is essential.
