Independent HR Consultant **
We've collaborated with a Local Authority located in Lancashire who are seeking an Independent HR Consultant specialising in complex workplace investigations, some knowledge of schools HR would be beneficial and school governance arrangements.
Rate of Pay: Outside IR35, please state your required rate - Hourly or Daily rate.
Locations: Preston - This will be home based, with the requirement to travel for the interviews and meetings.
Full-time, Temporary contract: Flexible hours, as and when – may require evenings/weekend depending on witness availability.
Main Purpose:
- As the Registered Manager, you'll create a safe and supportive environment for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Your responsibilities include developing personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
- You'll manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations by conducting audits, assessments, and reviews to uphold the highest standards of care and safety for our residents.
Experience & Requirements:
- CIPD Qualified.
- HR Management within Schools.
- Workplace Investigations.
