A specialist SEND school supporting pupils aged 6-11 with Autism and communication needs is seeking an experienced Head of School to provide operational and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the day-to-day running of the school
• 
  Ensure pupil progress, attendance, safeguarding and wellbeing
• 
  Maintain compliance with school standards and policies
• 
  Build and lead a positive, high-performing staff team
• 
  Work closely with the Principal and wider leadership teams

Requirements

• 
  QTS and NPQH
• 
  Senior leadership experience within education/SEND
• 
  Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND legislation
• 
  Proven ability to lead teams and drive improvement
• 
  Excellent communication and leadership skills
