Spencer Clarke Group is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate tutors across Liverpool to support children and young people outside of mainstream education through local authority and school-funded tuition programmes.
This rewarding role involves delivering 1:1 educational support to pupils in their homes or community settings such as libraries and learning centres.

About the Role
Tutors will work with pupils who may be:
Unable to attend mainstream school
Awaiting specialist placements
Experiencing anxiety or emotionally based school avoidance
Excluded from school
Requiring additional educational support
Receiving EHCP-funded provision
Sessions are delivered on a 1:1 basis and tailored to each learner's individual needs, academic level, and confidence.

Tuition sessions typically take place in pupils' homes, libraries, or other approved community venues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
