1:1 TUTORS WANTED - SALFORD
Support young people outside mainstream education
We are looking for passionate, reliable, and understanding tutors to provide 1:1 support for young people who are currently out of mainstream education.
Many of the learners we support may experience barriers such as anxiety, SEMH needs, ASD, ADHD, low confidence, or difficulties engaging within traditional school settings. Your role will be to build positive relationships, provide tailored educational support, and help young people re-engage with learning in a calm and supportive environment.
What we're looking for:
? Experience working with young people
? Patient, adaptable, and approachable individuals
? Tutors who can build trust and confidence
? Knowledge of GCSE or Functional Skills support preferred
? Experience with SEND/SEMH is beneficial
? Ability to deliver engaging 1:1 sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
