CQC Registered Manager***
We've collaborated with a Private Care company specialising in Substance Misuse Rehabilitation.
We're seeking a Registered Manager to lead and manage the operations.
- Salary: £40k - £55k per annum. (Please state your require rate upon application)
- Locations: Worthing. (14 Bed home)
- Full-time, Permanent Position.
Main Purpose:
- As the Registered Manager, you'll establish a secure and nurturing environment for individuals recovering from substance misuse.
- Your responsibilities include crafting personalised care plans to address each person's unique needs, prioritizing their physical and emotional welfare.
- You'll oversee daily operations while ensuring adherence to CQC regulations, conducting audits, assessments, and reviews to maintain top-tier care standards and safety protocols for our clients.
Experience &Requirements:
- Team Management experience.
- Substance misuse experience.
- Registered manager experience.
- Experience of CQC.
- Level 5 Management & Leadership Qualificiaiton - desirable.
