About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to work within schools in the Blackpool area. This role involves supporting students who may present with challenging behaviour, helping them to engage positively with their education and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and individual support plans
  • Build positive, professional relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Encourage student engagement, confidence, and social development

  • All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
