Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants in Wallasey to support pupils with additional needs within mainstream primary schools.
These roles involve supporting children who require consistent, structured and reliable support due to SEND, physical needs, medical needs and behavioural challenges. We are seeking individuals with relevant experience who can also demonstrate strong reliability, punctuality and commitment.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEND support.
• Support behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement.
• Assist with physical or medical needs where required.
• Help pupils access the primary curriculum.
• Maintain consistent routines and strong relationships.

Essential Experience:

• SEND or additional needs support
• Behavioural or emotional needs
• Care, residential or similar backgrounds
