Temp – Perm Accounts Payable – 3-6 Months – Ulverston - £25 - £28k FTE
I am currently working with an impressive company based in the Ulverston area to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis for 3-6 months.
Due to recent changes within the team the business needs additional support with the purchase ledger and general accounting duties.
The team are well established, positive and great fun – so this is a great opportunity to join a prestigious business with AMAZING facilities.
Duties include:
- Accurate processing of supplier invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and maintaining correct supplier balances
- Supplier payments and correct reconciliation of same
- Weekly reviews of ledger for review by the management team
- Dealing with all supplier queries
- Cash & bank reconciliations
- Stock management
Skills required for success:
- Experience within Accounts Payable/Purchase ledger/Accounts role
- Great communication skills
- Strong analytical & Excel skills
What’s on offer
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 FTE
- Contract type: Temporary 3-6 months – with potential to go permanent
