We are seeking a Technical Support Officer for a Local Authority Client based in East London.

 

In this role you will provide administrative support to the Resident Safety Team, including managing diaries, drafting correspondence, monitoring compliance, and contribute to ongoing improvements in digital record-keeping and project support.

 

About the role:

You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:

  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the Resident Safety Team.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures.
  • Prepare and write reports on safety initiatives and compliance activities.
  • Draft letters, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication with residents and stakeholders.
  • Provide project support, including researching, organising, and documenting information.

 

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Strong background in administrative support and customer service.
  • Experience developing and maintaining administrative and management information systems.
  • Proven ability to provide project support, including researching, organising information, and contributing to the development of new procedures.

 

What’s on offer

Salary: £18+per hour

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

 

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

 

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week
