About the Role
Spencer Clarke Group is looking for Teaching Assistants to work in mainstream secondary schools across Wigan. This role suits individuals who are passionate about education and supporting student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Support behaviour management strategies
- Help create a positive learning environment
- Assist with classroom preparation and resources

Requirements
- Experience working with young people
- Strong communication skills
- A supportive and flexible approach
- Relevant qualifications (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
