Maths Teacher - Long-Term Supply - Preston Secondary Schools - September Start

Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with secondary schools in the Preston area who are seeking dedicated Maths Teachers for long-term supply roles starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build classroom experience, as well as experienced teachers seeking a new challenge in a supportive environment.

About the role:

• Long-term supply position from September

• Full-time teaching role within a well-resourced Maths department

• Teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Contribute to planning, assessment, and pupil progress

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Maths (placement or post-qualification)

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• A commitment to fostering high expectations and achievement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
