Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

£31,900 - £37,455 per annum

Full-Time, Permanent - 37.5 hrs

Leeds, Yorkshire

Spencer Clarke Group are on the lookout for an experienced Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our private client who are committed to providing exceptional care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach.

The post holder will operate within a 21-bed high dependency recovery and rehabilitation hospital setting for males aged 18+, who experience a range of mental health disorders.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
• Assess, plan and deliver with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.
• Evaluate and respond to changes in patient conditions and needs.
• Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) with an ACTIVE NMC PIN Registration.
