My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Specialist ICT Analyst (Capita) on a Contract basis.
This role is to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payments and income for the council. The job requires you to have hands on experience in using & configuring the Capita Academy Revs & Bens system.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Provide system administration functionality such as, maintenance of batch queues, creation of new users, groups, teams and tasks
- Working with NNDR (National Non-Domestic Rates), Council Tax, and Housing Benefits solutions within the Academy system.
- Assisting with clearing any integrity errors on all databases e.g. HBCT, IM, CR & NR.
- Providing back-end administration e.g. SQL or QBF amendments
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
- Proven track record in configuring and running jobs via Capita’s batch scheduler.
- Familiarity with the Capita Academy Revenue & Benefits system.
- Knowledge of NNDR, Council Tax, and Housing Benefits processes.
- Extensive experience using Capita in a Local Authority or Housing Association context.
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £375-£440+ per day, inside IR35
